采用单因素和套设计的完全随机设计分别进行基质和激素对旱冬瓜(Alnus nepalensis)扦插生根的影响试验。结果,基质试验的穗条总生根率为6.67%~34.44%,其中皮部、愈伤和混合生根率分别为3.33%~14.44%、2.22%~18.89%、1.11%~10.00%;激素试验中,总的生根率达15.00%~50.00%,其中皮部和愈伤生根率分别为5.00%~45.00%、0.00%~20.00%。基质试验的皮部、愈伤和混合生根苗木的一级根数分别为2.0~4.2、1.0~2.4、3.0~7.9条/株,激素试验的皮部和愈伤一级根数则分别为1.7~13.0、0.0~11.0条/株。0.1 g/L IBA提高总的和皮部生根率,0.2 g/L IAA则提高愈伤生根率;基质扦插苗木的一级根长和根直径分别为4.01~8.01 cm、0.802~0.946 mm,其根与新芽的烘干生物量为0.078~0.580、0.075~0.164 g/株。保水性和通透性均衡,即等量森林土与珍珠岩混合的基质促进生根和提高根的生物量积累。
Effects of substrate and hormone on the rooting of cuttings of Alnus nepalensis were tested with a completely random design of a single factor and a set of designs, respectively. The root length and root diameter of the primary cutting seedlings were 4.01-8.01 cm and 0.802-0.946 mm, respectively The dry biomass of roots and shoots was 0.078 ~ 0.580 and 0.075 ~ 0.164 g / plant. Water retention and permeability are well balanced, ie the same matrix mixed with forest soil and perlite promotes rooting and increases root biomass accumulation.
