由于血小板采集方式的特殊、采集地点的相对固定、对献血者的要求较高等原因,机采血小板献血者的招募从有偿走向无偿的道路异常的艰难。因此,全国各个地区在招募的过程中几乎都打出了服务至上这张牌,完全依据献血者的时间来采集血小板,导致采集的无序化,造成血小板的浪费或短缺。同时这种采集方式还会使工作人员的工作时间延长,从而影响服务质量。面对这种状况,黑龙江省血液中心推出了一种崭新的招募模式,即预约献血,将管理的理念引入到献血者招募工作中。我们通过7年的实践,用事实证明了这一招募形式的可行性、先进性和科学性。
Due to the special way of platelet collection, the relatively fixed collection sites, the higher requirements for blood donors and other reasons, the recruitment of machine-made platelet blood donors is difficult from the road to compensation for unpaid roads. As a result, nearly every service in the country recruited a service-first card, collecting platelets exactly on the donor’s time, leading to disorder of collection, resulting in a waste or shortage of platelets. At the same time this collection will also make the working staff to extend the time, thus affecting the quality of service. Faced with this situation, Heilongjiang Provincial Blood Center launched a new recruitment model, that is, booking blood donation, the concept of management into the recruitment of blood donors. Through our seven years of practice, we have proved the feasibility, advancedness and scientific nature of this form of recruitment.
