近几年民营企业集团发展迅速,在规模扩张、多元化经营等方面都得到了超常规发展,但也存在投资分散化、盲目产业整合等现象,本文在归纳民营企业集团财务风险控制现状的基础上从三个角度对财务风险的原因进行了分析并提出应对措施。
