全身恶性肿瘤中,喉部恶性肿瘤约占2％,大多数为癌,肉瘤或间质来源的喉部恶性肿瘤还不到1％。作者们在Mayo医院1949—1974年间3,100例喉癌患者中,仅见到17例肉瘤,其中软骨肉瘤7例,纤维肉瘤6例(包括1例神经纤维肉瘤),横纹肌肉瘤3例,骨肉瘤1例。17例中,男12人,女5人。年龄分布:<19岁2人,41～49岁2人,60～79岁12人,>80岁1人。原发于环状软骨者6例(1例涉及杓状软骨),声带5例(2例涉及前联合,2例涉及喉室),甲状软骨3例,杓会厌皱襞2例,杓状软骨1例。其初发症状以嘶哑最常见(11例,内5例软骨肉瘤伴呼吸困难),呼吸困难2例,吞咽困难2例,咽喉痛l例,颈部淋巴结肿大1例。病程2～12月,平均6月。
In malignant tumors of the whole body, malignant tumors in the larynx account for about 2%, and most of them are cancers. Less than 1% of malignant tumors of the larynx or stromal origin are malignant. Of the 3,100 cases of laryngeal cancer in the Mayo Hospital from 1949 to 1974, the authors saw only 17 cases of sarcomas, including 7 cases of chondrosarcomas, 6 cases of fibrosarcomas (including 1 case of neurofibrosarcoma), 3 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, and 1 case of osteosarcoma. . In 17 cases, there were 12 males and 5 females. Age distribution: 2 persons aged 19 years, 2 persons aged 41 to 49 years, 12 persons aged 60 to 79 years, and 1 person aged 80 years. There were 6 cases of primary cartilage (1 case involving arytenoid cartilage), 5 cases of vocal cords (2 cases involving the anterior joint, 2 cases involving the larynx), 3 cases of thyroid cartilage, 2 cases of epiglottis folds and 1 case of arytenoid cartilage. The initial symptoms of deafness were the most common (11 cases, 5 chondrosarcomas with dyspnea), 2 cases of dyspnea, 2 cases of dysphagia, 1 case of sore throat, and 1 case of cervical lymphadenopathy. Duration of disease from December to December, an average of 6 months.
