我厂高炉生产各项指标长期落后,使用大量高碱度烧结矿和球团矿后生产没有显著的提高,上下部调剂不如予期的效果,炉况经常不顺、悬料、崩料频繁、管(?)偏料。在原燃料条件不断改善、操作管理不断改进的传况下,高炉结(?)问题总得不到彻底解决,被迫经常洗炉以至烧(?)、炸(?)。总之,生产的困难和经济的损失逼迫我们认真研究问题。在此对碱金属(K、Na)的行为和影响进行调查研究和分析讨论。
The indicators of blast furnace production in our factory lagged behind for a long period of time. There was no significant increase in production after using a large amount of high-basicity sinter ore and pellets. The adjustment of the upper and lower parts was not as good as expected. The furnace conditions were often not smooth, (?) Partial feed. Under the continuous improvement of raw fuel conditions and continuous improvement of operation and management, the problems of blast furnace knot (?)
