He-Ne激光照射对SP2/0骨髓瘤小鼠TNF及TNFR水平的影响

目的:观察激光照射对瘤鼠瘤组织内肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验及受体吸附试验分别测定瘤组织内TNF及TNFR和可溶性TNFR(STNFR)的含量。结果:激光照射组小鼠瘤组织内TNF活性明显增强,TNFR表达量增多,瘤细胞增殖率降低,与对照组相比有高度显著性差异(P<001)。结论:氦氖激光具有增强带瘤小鼠机体TNF活性并促进TNFR表达的作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of laser irradiation on the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) in tumor tissue of mice. Methods: The contents of TNF, TNFR and soluble TNFR (STNFR) in tumor tissues were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and receptor adsorption assay, respectively. RESULTS: In the laser irradiation group, the activity of TNF in the tumor tissue of mice was significantly increased, the expression of TNFR was increased, and the proliferation rate of the tumor cells was decreased. There was a highly significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: He-Ne laser can enhance tumor TNF activity and promote TNFR expression in tumor-bearing mice.
