对15个玉米杂交组合种子不同成熟度与F1代产量关系进行研究。结果表明,不同成熟度种子对F1代单株子粒产量会产生显著影响,F1代单株子粒产量与种子成熟度呈二次曲线关系(y=a+bx+cx2),并因组合不同而有较大差异,这种影响随种子成熟度提高而逐渐减小。杂交双亲对F1代单株子粒产量的影响表现,种子成熟度较低时,父本的作用比母本更明显;随种子成熟度提高,父母本的作用同等重要。本研究条件下,授粉35 d后收获的杂交种子已具备正常活力和丰产能力,且对F1代单株子粒产量的影响较小,在此后的时间内可根据需要适时收获。
The relationship between different maturity of 15 maize hybrids and F1 generation was studied. The results showed that seeds with different maturity had a significant effect on the F1 seed yield per plant. The F1 seed yield and seed maturity showed a quadratic curve (y = a + bx + cx2) Larger differences, this effect with seed maturity increased gradually decreased. The effects of crossing parents on the yield per plant of the F1 generation showed that when the seed maturity was low, the effect of the male parent was more obvious than that of the female parent. As the seed maturity increased, the role of parents was equally important. Under the conditions of this study, the hybrid seeds harvested 35 days after pollination had the normal vigor and high yield ability, and had little effect on the F1 seed yield per plant, and could be harvested at the right time later.
