介绍了轮对参数检测装置中数据采集与分析的基本原理,较详细地论述了系统的设计、结构及其主要功能特点。系统采用相对测量法,将状态转移分析方法,结合矩阵型数据结构,运用于监控系统当中,实现了仪器硬件紧凑、软件优化的设计方案。实践证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,操作简便,界面友好。
The basic principle of data acquisition and analysis in the wheelset parameter detection device is introduced. The design, structure and main function of the system are discussed in detail. The system uses the relative measurement method, the state transition analysis method, combined with matrix data structure, used in the monitoring system which has realized the instrument hardware compact and software optimization design. Practice has proved that the system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, friendly interface.
