随着社会经济的快速发展,卫生事业改革也不断深化,医院后勤管理工作的不断完善,促进了医疗工作的快速发展。但是,由于在实际操作和理论认知方面局限于习惯势力和传统体制的束缚,导致医院后勤改革的现状不尽如人意。究其根本原因还是旧体制的弊端没有清除。如何改革医院后勤管理工作,改变很久以来落后、封闭的管理模式,实现科学化、合理化、规范化管理医院后勤,是一项值得研究的重要课题。本文深入探讨了医院后勤管理工作。
With the rapid social and economic development, the reform of health undertakings has also been deepened. The continuous improvement of hospital logistic management has promoted the rapid development of medical work. However, due to the limitation of practical operation and theoretical cognition to the constraint of customary forces and the traditional system, the status quo of hospital logistics reform is not satisfactory. The root cause or the drawbacks of the old system is not cleared. How to reform the hospital logistics management, to change the backward and closed management mode for a long time, to realize the scientific, rationalization and standardized management of the hospital logistics is an important topic that deserves to be studied. This article explores the hospital logistics management in depth.
