在主客观条件的作用下,国际刑事司法产生于二战后,从否定豁免权开始。到目前为止,国际刑事司法的发展经历了三个阶段,二战后缓慢发展,冷战时期受到阻碍,冷战后迅速发展。国际刑事司法的发展存在诸多障碍,在曲折艰难中发展。国际刑事司法的未来具有三个趋势:废除豁免权、废除死刑、维护和平。
Under the subjective and objective conditions, international criminal justice originated after World War II, beginning with the denial of immunity. So far, the development of international criminal justice has gone through three stages. It developed slowly after World War II, was impeded during the Cold War and developed rapidly after the Cold War. There are many obstacles to the development of international criminal justice, which are developing during the twists and turns. There are three trends in the future of international criminal justice: the abolition of immunity, the abolition of the death penalty and the maintenance of peace.
