针对跨文化远程虚拟团队相关概念的内涵界定模糊、其管理理论严重滞后于管理实践的问题,本文提出CTV团队的新概念和CTV团队管理研究的新课题。该课题以现有团队管理理论为基础,综合运用行为科学理论和管理实验理论,提出采用行为实验和管理实验的实验研究方法,探索CTV团队的管理问题和管理机制,构建具有中国特色的CTV团队管理研究架构和管理体系。本文分析了该课题的研究背景和研究现状,并探讨了其研究内容和研究方法。该课题对于构建和发展中国特色的CTT团队,提高CTV团队管理能力和管理水平,加快我国企业向海外出击,开拓国际市场,培育出口品牌,将具有理论意义与实践价值。
The definition of related concepts of cross-cultural remote virtual teams is ambiguous and its management theory lags behind management practices. This paper proposes new concepts of CTV teams and new topics for CTV team management research. This topic is based on the existing team management theory, and comprehensively applies behavioral science theory and management experiment theory, proposes experimental research methods using behavioral experiments and management experiments, explores management problems and management mechanisms of CTV teams, and builds CTV teams with Chinese characteristics. Management research structure and management system. This article analyzes the research background and research status of this topic, and discusses its research content and research methods.
