【摘要】

：

褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)是水稻生产上危害最严重的害虫之一,利用品种抗性基因培育具有持久抗虫性的水稻品种,可以有效地简化水稻褐飞虱的防治技术,减少不必要的经济损失,节约生产成本,减少对环境的污染,是一种经济、有效、安全的防治手段。利用分子标记辅助选择(MAS)技术,可以提高育种准确性、缩短育种年限,从而提高育种效率。本实验中,将具有抗褐飞虱双基因Bph14和Bphl5及抗螟虫基
