两段提升管催化裂化技术研究

该文针对现行提升管催化裂化装置反应后期催化剂活性和选择性严重变差的弊端,提出了两段提升管催化裂化技术新构想:在段间分离出结焦失活的催化剂,油气则立即进入第二段提升管内与活性、选择性较好的催化剂接触并继续反应,从而实现催化剂的性能"接力",强化和优化反应过程,最终达到改善产品分布目的.
