当今经济和社会的迅速发展在大幅改善居民生活质量的同时,也加大了工农业和生活污水的排放量。污水中含有对人体健康有害的物质,对其进行有效处理迫在眉睫。低温条件下,常规污水生物处理技术由于中温微生物自身的机制导致其生长缓慢,影响污水排放的效率,很难达到排放标准。因此,寻找低温条件下的高效反硝化细菌对污水的高效处理与合格排放有着非常重要的作用。利用反硝化筛选培养基对26个站位的北极海洋沉积物进行了反硝化细
