本论文由三章内容组成。 第一章对珍珠菜属(Lysimachia)植物的化学成分进行了综述。 第二章对报春花科(Primulaceae)珍珠菜属(Lysimachia)重楼排草(Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.)的化学成分进行了研究,应用硅胶、反相硅胶(RP-18、RP-2)、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)、大孔树脂(ADS-7)等多种分离材料及MPLC、半制备HPLC等各种分离技术,结合现代波谱技术,共分离鉴定了16个化合物,(25R)-3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galacto-pyranosyl]-5α-spirost-9(11)-en-12-one(1),gentrogenin-3-O-β-D-gluco-pyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyrano-side(2),(25R)-3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galacto-pyranosyl]-5α-spirost-12-one(3),(25R)-3,6-di-O-(β-D-glucopy ranosyl)-5α-spirost-3β,6α,23α-triol(4),(25R)-6-O-(β-D-gluco pyranosyl)-5α-spirost-3β,6α-diol(5),(25R)-3,6-di-O-(β-D-ghcopyranosyl)-5α-spirost-3β,6α-diol(6),(25R)-5α-spirost-3β,6α,23α-triol(7),β-sitosterol(8),daucosterol(9),3β-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranosy 1-(1→4)]-[0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-O-α-L-arabino pyranosyl 16α-hydroxy-13β-28-epoxy-oleanan(10),Cyclamiretin A-3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-gluco pyranosyl-(1→4)]}-α-L-arabinopyranoside(11),isoquercetin 3-0-mtinoside (12),quercetin 3-0-rutinoside(13),β-amyrin(14),β-amyrin acetate(15),dotriacontanol (16)。其中1为新化合物。 第三章对夹竹桃科(Apocynaceae)花皮胶藤属(Ecdysanthera)植物酸叶胶藤(Ecdysanthera rosea Hook.et Am.)的化学成分进行了研究,应用硅胶、反相硅胶(RP-18、RP-2)、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)、大孔树脂(ADS-7)等多种分离材料及MPLC、半制备HPLC等各种分离技术,结合现代波谱技术,共分离鉴定了17个化合物,β-sitosterol(17),obtustifoliol(18),cyclocaducinol(19),lupanol(20),24-methylenecycloartaol(21),20-hydroxy-28-oic-,lupanol acetate(22),uvaol(23),betulin(24),friedelin(25),ecdysanthblic acid(26),3β,14β,20-trihydroxy-18-oic(18→20)lactone pregnen-5(27),
