党的十八大以来,国际合作日趋频繁,“一带一路”倡议推动中国与沿线国家合作发展的空间更加广阔。法律翻译为国际社会实现合作共赢保驾护航,法律翻译人才肩负这一历史使命责无旁贷。然而,我国法律翻译人才急缺,急需从人才质量和数量上有大幅提高。本文围绕“为什么培养法律翻译人才”“培养什么样的法律翻译人才”和“如何培养法律翻译人才”三个重要问题进行分析阐述,提出了培养法律翻译人才的几点思考和建议,尝试为我国法律翻译人才培养的实践提供理论指导。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the international cooperation has become more frequent and the “Belt and Road Initiative” has promoted a broader space for the cooperation and development between China and other countries along the line. Legal translation is the international community to achieve cooperation and win-win escort, legal translators shoulder the historic mission of duty. However, the shortage of legal translators in our country urgently needs a substantial increase in the quality and quantity of qualified personnel. This essay focuses on three important issues such as “how to cultivate legal translators”, “what kind of legal translators to cultivate” and “how to cultivate legal translators”, and puts forward some thoughts on how to train legal translators And suggestions, try to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of cultivating legal translators in our country.
