目的:对特殊护理干预在无痛胃镜治疗小儿上消化道异物中的应用价值进行分析.方法:将江西省儿童医院2020年7月—2021年1月收治的80例上消化道异物患儿随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例.所有患儿均予以无痛胃镜治疗,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上采用特殊护理干预,对两组患儿的护理效果进行统计分析.结果:两组患儿相关指标变化与不良反应发生情况数据比较,差异有统计学意义(t=110.851、29.764、5.679,P<0.05;χ2=4.210、5.000、5.333、4.114,P<0.05
目的:探讨给予妊娠期高血压综合征产妇综合护理对改善妊娠结局、促进术后康复的效果.方法:选取于2020年1—3月新乡市中心医院收治的40例妊娠期高血压综合征产妇.按照红蓝双色球分配原则分为对照组和实验组,每组各20例.其中20例产妇接受常规护理方法视为对照组,另外20例患者接受综合护理视为实验组.比较观察两组患者剖宫产发生率、并发症发生率和护理满意度变化.结果:同对照组剖宫产率以及并发症发生率相比,实验组均较低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.429、18.750,P<0.05).同对照组相比,研究组的护理满
