镉、盐、干旱胁迫影响玉米的生长,土壤中过量的镉可以在玉米的植株累积,并可通过直接食用而进入人体,影响人的健康。同时,在盐胁迫和干旱胁迫严重的地区,玉米的生长发育和产量受到了严重的影响。本实验以外源抗坏血酸为材料,研究了其对玉米分别在镉、盐、干旱这三种胁迫下生长的效应,以期阐明抗坏血酸的缓解效应,同时筛选出最佳的外源抗坏血酸的缓解浓度,为提高镉、盐、干旱胁迫下玉米生产力提供理论依据和技术支持。为了研究外源抗坏血酸对镉、盐、干旱胁迫下玉米生长发育的影响,在胁迫和抗坏血酸处理后,于生育期进行取样,分别研究
