用SSR标记鉴定大赖草染色体及其片段

利用定位于小麦七个部分同源群上的337对SSR引物对大赖草、普通小麦基因组DNA进行扩增分析，结果表明有113对引物可检测到两个物种间的多态性。利用上述多态性引物进一步对小麦—大赖草Lr.2、Lr.7、Lr.14异附加系进行分析表明，小麦7BL上的SSR引物gwm112可用来追踪大赖草染色体Lr.2，并揭示Lr.2与小麦第七部分同源群有同源性；5A上的SSR引物gwm205，gwm156、5D上的
