自20世纪80年代第一个核酸和蛋白质序列数据库类似性检索方法发表以来,序列类似性检索成为核酸和蛋白质测序之后的常规操作,序列类似性检索方法也成为序列生物信息学分析的一种基本方法。在序列类似性检索方面已开发研制了多种不同的应用软件,如BLAST、FASTA、Search等,其中BLAST是最常用的检索软件之一。国内的科研人员大多凭经验利用BLAST进行序列类似性检索,未对其检索方法进行全面系统的研究。
Since the publication of the first similarity search method for nucleic acid and protein sequence databases in the 1980s, sequence similarity search has become a routine operation after nucleic acid and protein sequencing, and sequence similarity search has also become a basic sequence bioinformatics analysis method. In the sequence similarity search has developed a variety of different applications, such as BLAST, FASTA, Search, etc., of which BLAST is one of the most commonly used search software. Most domestic researchers make use of BLAST to search sequence similarities by experience, and do not conduct a comprehensive and systematic research on their retrieval methods.
