过渡型淀粉为植物生长提供碳源和能量,其生物合成受多类酶共同调控。SSⅣ是一种重要的淀粉合成酶,小麦中由于缺少SSⅣ的突变体,该酶在小麦淀粉合成中的作用尚未报道。本实验室前期利用TILLING技术在小麦主栽品种京411的M_2突变群体中筛选获得TaSSIVb-D基因的若干点突变。在此基础上,本研究检测点突变在M_5是否稳定遗传。小麦TaSSIVb基因表达分析和表型鉴定选取能够稳定遗传且SIFT预测可能产生明显表型的终止突变E054-13和错义突变E1137为材料。通过对小麦叶片和不同发育阶段的籽粒中T
