油菜是我国重要的油料作物,同时也是我国唯一的冬季油料作物。每角粒数作为油菜产量构成因素之一,是典型的数量性状(表型连续分布且容易受到环境因素的影响),具有相对复杂的遗传机理。已定位的油菜每角粒数QTL很多,但对其精细定位的却很少,而克隆的报道目前只有一例。实验室前期利用在每角粒数上有较大差异的油菜测序品种中双11(de novo sequencing)和No.73290(re-sequencing)构建了BnaZN-F_2和Bna ZN-RIL群体,在两个群体中共同于A6染色体上定位到一个控制油菜每
