随着我国城市化进程的推进,城中村问题日益凸显出来。城中村的发展关系到一个城市的综合发展水平的提高。通过对城中村改造主体的利益冲突进行博弈分析,可以得出三种均衡的改造模式,并以威海市为例进行实证分析,总结威海市城中村改造的对策、做法,力求为其他城市和地区城中村改造提供可借鉴的经验。 With the progress of urbanization in our country, the problems in urban villages have become increasingly prominent.
