水稻条纹病毒(RSV)是纤细病毒属(Tenuicirus)的典型成员,分布于我国十六个省市,给我国水稻生产造成严重损失.该文在对我国RSV化学组成和血清学特性研究的基础上,初步揭示了我国RSV的株系分化和分子变异情况.根据RSV介体昆虫的迁飞能力、列同源性、碱基变异特征、中日两国病害发生流行地点和时间及亚洲季风气候特点,该文就RSV的起源和流行传播途径进行了坟论.根中分离物CP和SP氨基酸序列一致性,对应各分离物之间的致病性差异,该文还讨论了CP和SP的功能,可能与症状严重度和昆虫介体的识别有关.
