为探讨小麦显性矮杆基因Rht10对籽粒粒重和蛋白表达的影响,本研究以鲁麦15和Rht10鲁麦15近等基因系为研究材料,进行籽粒灌浆特性和蛋白质组学研究,得出以下结论:1.对供试材料籽粒百粒重和灌浆特性的调查结果显示,同时期Rht10鲁麦15百粒重始终低于鲁麦15(P<0.01),籽粒成熟后Rht10鲁麦15百粒重比鲁麦15降低了9.83%;而导致Rht10鲁麦15粒重降低的原因是因为矮秆基因Rht10降低了籽粒的灌浆速率和缩短了灌浆持续时间,其中灌浆持续时间的缩短起关键作用。2.矮杆
