花生又名落花生,是重要的油料和经济作物,在世界范围内大量种植。花生用途广泛,在我们的生活中扮演着重要角色。然而花生的产量和质量的提高受到干旱的影响,干旱是我国花生生产的主要限制因子。AREB1(Abscisic-acid respons element binding protein 1)是一类与抗旱相关的转录因子。课题组前期研究表明花生AREB1的表达量与品种抗旱性显著正相关。本研究以丰花2号为
