抗性基因KR3在大豆中的转化研究

【摘要】

：

大豆在生长发育过程中经常受到病毒的影响,病毒病不仅影响产量,而且能使籽粒发病形成褐斑,品质下降,影响出口外销。植物中存在一类抗病基因——R基因(Resistance gene),国内外研究表明R基因能与病毒产物直接或间接互作,识别病原体从而产生反应信号,启动植物体内的防卫机制。利用基因工程技术将抗病基因转入大豆,是培育广谱、持久抗病大豆品种的育种新策略。KR3基因是大豆6号染色体上的一段NBS-L
