Background hTERT is an ideal anticancer target because it is universally expressed in cancer cells and plays a crucial role in carcinogenesis.In our previous study,we demonstrated that over-expression of miR-1182 suppresses hTERT expression.However,the mechanism of how miR-1182 modulates hTERT has not yet been investigated.

目的：探讨白芍总苷(TGP)对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导的溃疡性结肠炎(UC)小鼠模型肠黏膜occludin、MFG-E8 表达的影响。方法：BALB/c 小鼠54只，随机分成6组。正常对照组给予日常饮食和饮水，模型对照组、柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组、低剂量TGP组、中剂量TGP组、高剂量TGP组分别给予5％的DSS 溶液(W/V)自由饮水7天制造UC 急性期模型。
