Ce掺杂的三维球堆状PbO2电极制备及电催化降解污水研究

  采用脉冲电沉积法,以TiTi/TiO2NTs为基体,制备稀土Ce掺杂的三维球堆状PbO2电极(3D-sphere Ce-PbO2).采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对电极表面形貌和结构进行了表征.通过加速寿命试验、线性扫描伏安法、循环伏安法和对模拟废水降解研究了铅电极的稳定性和电化学活性.结果表明,3D-sphere Ce-PbO2电极拥有三维立体结构和较小的颗粒尺寸.电化学性能测试显示Ce掺杂的三维球堆状PbO2电极电催化活性明显高于flat-PbO2电极.电极强化寿命测试3D-sphere Ce-PbO2电极的使用寿命最长(372 h).电化学测试分析中,3D-sphere Ce-PbO2电极表现出最高的电化学降解能力,这主要归因于其拥有因具有更大的电化学活性面积,最高的伏安电荷数和最高的放氧电位.3D-sphere Ce-PbO2电极在电氧化处理模拟废水(酸性红G)中,拥有最高去除效率和最低能量消耗,降解效果最优.
