研究了喷射成形GH738合金环形件的组织和性能。结果表明:喷射成形工艺制备GH738合金沉积坯外观形状良好。喷射成形坯件组织细密,无宏观偏析,晶粒度在20~40 um之间,且随着热处理固溶保温时间及保温温度的增加,尺寸晶粒尺寸没有明显的变化。环形件的拉伸性能和持久性能都超过了常规铸锻环形件的典型值。
The microstructure and properties of injection molded GH738 alloy ring were investigated. The results show that the shape of the GH738 alloy deposit prepared by injection molding is good. The fineness of the sprayed blank is fine, with no macroscopic segregation, and the grain size is between 20 and 40 μm. With the increase of solution heat-holding time and holding temperature, there is no obvious change in the size of the grain size. Tensile properties and long-term performance of the rings exceed the typical values of conventional cast-for-ring rings.
