通过测定木槿花提取液清除DPPH·自由基能力、抗氧化能力、抑菌能力和促(抗)凝血能力,研究木槿花的生物活性。试验结果表明,木槿花具有良好的清除自由基、抗氧化能力。1g木槿花清除DPPH·的能力相当于5.19mg维生素C,而其抗氧化能力相当于9.12mg维生素C。木槿花提取液对细菌和霉菌均有一定的抑制作用,且对细菌的抑制作用明显大于霉菌的,尤其是对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈达11.0mm,抑制作用最强。木槿花提取液还具有促凝血作用,最高促凝率为21.57%。
The biological activity of Hibiscus syriacus was studied by measuring DPPH radical scavenging ability, antioxidant capacity, bacteriostatic ability and promoting (anti)coagulation ability of hibiscus flower extract. The test results showed that Althea had a good ability to scavenge free radicals and antioxidants. The ability of 1 g hibiscus flower to clear DPPH· is equivalent to 5.19 mg vitamin C, while its antioxidant capacity is equivalent to 9.12 mg vitamin C. Hibiscus flower extract has a certain inhibitory effect on bacteria and mold, and the inhibitory effect on bacteria is significantly greater than that of mold, especially for E. coli inhibition zone up to 11.0mm, the strongest inhibitory effect. Hibiscus flower extract also has procoagulant effect, the highest procoagulant rate is 21.57%.
