目的 回顾分析慢性气道疾病患者发生IPA的危险因素、临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后.方法 收集2007年1月-2012年8月两家教学医院呼吸科收治的慢性气道疾病合并IPA患者临床资料.分析其危险因素、临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查特征、诊断、治疗和预后.
