数字投影条纹形貌测量方法具有非接触、全场性、测试仪器结构简单及测量精度高和实时自动处理等优点,能实时检测物体表面形貌的演化过程.使用四幅正弦相移条纹图像循环投影到正交肋增强的复合材料层合板上,采用相移法实时监测层合板在压缩过程中的形貌变化过程.测量结果显示复合材料层合板在各个正交增强网格内出现局部屈曲波包,在端部附近网格内表现为波峰,而在中间附近网格内显示为波谷.通过对指定位置的挠度分析可知,在整体试样弯曲的基础上,网格内的局部屈曲挠度随载荷而增加,实验测量数据有利于探讨其破坏机理及失效模式.
