Barium titanate(BaTiO3,BT)-based nano-complex ceramics with various perovskite-structured materials,i.e.,such as potassium niobate(KNbO3,KN),bismuth ferrite(BiFeO3,BF)and so on,were prepared at temperature below 230 ℃ by solvothermal method.In this study,KN had larg-er cell volume by 0.5%than that of BT,while BF had smaller cell volume by 1%than that of BT.
