To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of the tip-flexible semi-rigid ureterorenoscope (tf-URS) for retrograde ureteral and intrarenal surgery by comparing its in vitro and in vivo performance with the conventional ureteroscopes.In vitro and in vivo tests for the tf-URS evaluation were performed in June 2014.In vitro tests including anti-bending, deflection and durability were performed to evaluate the differences between the tf-URS and the semi-rigid/flexible ureteroscopes.In vivo operations on Yorkshire pigs were followed to assess the capacity of endoscope advancing as well as the inspection performance of the collecting system with/without various auxiliary instruments.Complications including endoscopic failure and iatrogenic injury were also examined.

目的:探讨GPS超声引导在建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道中的应用价值.方法:应用GPS超声引导穿刺对36例上尿路结石患者建立经皮肾镜工作通道,进行经皮肾镜碎石取石术.结果:36例均一次穿刺成功,建立皮肾通道.无胸膜损伤、腹腔脏器损伤、大出血等并发症.结论:应用GPS超声实时导航进行PNL穿刺可以为经皮肾镜碎石取石术提供安全准确、理想的工作通道,对于经皮肾镜取石术具有重要的应用价值.
