　　Aquaporin-3(AQP3),a water and glycerol channel,is expressed at basalateral membranes in renal collecting ducts.Previous studies found AQP3 is expressed in cysts derived from collecting ducts in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD).Here we investigated the role of AQP3 on cyst development in ADPKD.
