浙江财富金融中心由东、西两幢超高层塔楼组成,层数分别为36层和52层,西塔最高结构高度212m。地下室三层,由于地下层1存在下沉广场,故嵌固层为地下层1楼面。基础采用钻孔灌注桩,桩径800mm。上部结构两塔楼均为框架-核心筒结构,其中较高的西塔在下部楼层采用型钢混凝土柱。 Zhejiang Fortune Financial Center consists of two super-high-rise towers east and west with 36 and 52 storeys respectively, with a maximum height of 212m.
