武汉保利广场混合减震连体高层抗震性能研究

武汉保利广场结构为核心筒偏置的非对称双塔连体结构,采用“圆钢管混凝土柱+钢梁(桁架)+混凝土筒体”混合结构。为了减小及控制结构的扭转振动,在结构中设置了粘滞阻尼器及屈曲约束支撑。采用基于性能的抗震设计思想,进行了各水准地震下的结构弹塑性分析,并进行了1:35比例的整体结构模型振动台试验,对结构体系的抗震性能进行了研究及对比分析。综合研究表明该结构能够满足不同地震水准作用下的抗震性能目标,减震效果明显。 Wuhan Poly Plaza structure as the core cylinder offset asymmetric twin-tower Siamese structure, using “CFST column + steel beam (truss) + concrete cylinder ” hybrid structure. In order to reduce and control the torsional vibration of the structure, a viscous damper and a buckling restraint support are provided in the structure. Based on the performance-based seismic design theory, the structural elastoplastic analysis of each level earthquake is carried out. The shaking table test of the overall structural model with 1:35 ratio is carried out. The seismic performance of the structural system is studied and compared. Comprehensive study shows that the structure can meet the seismic performance targets under different earthquake levels and the damping effect is obvious.
