目的:1.了解包头地区缺血性脑卒中病因分型的分布.2.明确不同病因缺血性脑卒中急性期血压调控的水平及对预后的影响.方法:2011年2月至2013年1月纳入包头医学院第一、第二附属医院住院的发病24小时内的缺血性脑卒中患者495例.其中男289例,女206例,平均年龄61.30±8.71岁.
