目的:研究铷及其化合物暴露程度对工作人员的损害,对车间空气中钦及其化合物采用电感祸合等离子质谱法进行检测。方法:采用硝酸-高氯酸消化滤膜,电感祸合等离子质谱法测定车间空气中钦及其化合物。结果:在0-50ng/mL范围内直线回归相关系数为0. 9998,检测限为0.0019μg/mL,精密度测定相对标准偏差为2.1%-3.3%,加标回收率测定为99%-104%。结论:该法检出限低、灵敏、稳定。
目的:建立工作场所空气中十溴联苯醚的气相色谱/质谱测定法。方法:超细玻璃纤维滤膜采集工作场所空气中气溶胶态十溴联苯醚,样品经索氏抽提、固相硅胶萃取柱(SPE)净化,使用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)测定十溴联苯醚,以定性离子和保留时间定性,同位素内标法峰面积定量。结果:该方法具有良好的回收率和精密度,在加标浓度为50ng/ml、150ng/ml、500ng/ml水平的平均回收率86.23%~9
