本文将多刚体系统动力学的R-W方法应用于具有闭合链系统的汽车悬架运动分析.首先通过假想切除铰链将闭环系统简化为树系统,然后引入约束方程使减缩系统的运动符合原系统的实际情况,得到运动学封闭解.文中给出了计算机程序框图及汽车两种典型悬架的分析计算结果.工程应用的实践表明,用此程序进行汽车悬架运动分析,所得结果精确,计算迅速,可方便地进行悬架设计方案的比较和参数的选择.
In this paper, multi-rigid system dynamics RW method is applied to the motion analysis of automobile suspension with closed chain system.Firstly, the closed-loop system is simplified as a tree system by imaginary cutting hinge, and then the constraint equations are introduced to make the motion of the reduced system conform to the original system And get the closed solution of kinematics.Finally, the computer program block diagram and the analysis and calculation results of two kinds of typical automobile suspension are given.The practice of engineering application shows that this procedure is used to analyze the motion of automobile suspension, the result is accurate and the calculation is fast, Suspension design can be easily compared to the program and the choice of parameters.
