Tumor angiogenesis is recognized as a major therapeutic target for anti-tumor strategy.In the present presentation,we selected target ligands,polymer/lipid materials,and chemotherapeutic agents to prepare drug delivery systems,such as,NGR-M-PTX,NGR-SSL-PTX,NGR-SSL-CA4,iRGD-SSL-DOX,iRGD-SSL-CLA-PTX,PTX-PM-H7K(R2)2,DOX-PSL-H7K(R2)2,etc.
