Objectives:To analyze trends of cerebrovascular hemodynamic (CVHD) during different phases of blood pressure.Metheds:Totally 10565 participants aged 40 years and over were selected by cluster sampling from a town in Fengxian county of Shanghai.Blood pressure were measured and CVHD parameters were checked in the population.Participants were grouped into normal tension,the upper limit of normal,the first phase,second phase,third phase,and simplicity systolic hypertension according to present hypertension circumscription and classified criteria.Differences of CVHD parameters and its accumulative score between groups were compared.
