TGF-βⅠ受体在颌面部的研究进展

【摘要】

：

TGF-β超家族对很多细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡过程起着重要的调节作用，在发育过程中影响许多器官的形成过程、组织构成和最终形态，同时在组织损伤修复和肿瘤发生、发展中起作用。通过研究TGF-β受体Ⅰ(ALK5)在颌面部的分布，可以更好的理解TGF-β信号在其中机制和作用。本文主要综述TGF B受体Ⅰ在唇腭裂、牙齿发育、干细胞和颌面部肿瘤方面目前的研究进展。
