SiC浆料流变性能研究及浆料对注浆成型坯体的影响

  重结晶烧结SiC需要不同颗粒粒径SiC的混合,粒径相差比较大的SiC在水基悬浮液中很难达到良好的分散,要制备出满足注浆成型要求的低粘度浆料,必须对影响SiC浆料流变性能的因素及影响规律进行研究.本文以粒径分别为100μm,5μm和0.6μm,比例为7:1:2的SiC为原料,添加分散剂四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH),加入HCl或NaOH调节浆料PH值,通过机械搅拌制备出适合注浆成型的重结晶SiC浆料.研究分散剂的添加量,PH值以及固相含量对浆料流变性能的影响,选择固含量高、稳定分散并且粘度低的浆料作为注浆成型的优选浆料.结果表明,相同固含量下加入0.2wt%的TMAH,PH值为9可获得稳定分散,粘度最低的浆料;随着固相含量的增加,浆料的粘度不断增大,最高可制备出固相含量为67.5%,粘度满足注浆成型要求(粘度<1000mPa·s)的SiC浆料,进行注浆成型后,研究不同固相含量的浆料对注浆成型坯体的致密度和微观结构的影响,发现固相含量为67.5%的浆料,进行注浆成型后坯体致密度最高,为2.39g/cm2 (75.9%),坯体内部均匀,气孔少,质量优异.
