3D与2D腹腔镜在根治性全胃切除术的临床比较分析

目的 目的 比较3D 腹腔镜根治性全胃切除术与传统2D 腹腔镜根治性全胃切除术对区域淋巴结清扫及并发症的影响。方法 选择2015 年3 月至2017 年11 月在福建省肿瘤医院行腹腔镜根治性全胃切除的268 例患者的临床病理资料。

目的 在D2 手术的基础上,探索D3 手术能否使进展期胃癌患者获益。方法 回顾性分析2006 年11 月至2011 年12 月期间在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院接受胃癌根治术的577 例进展期胃癌患者资料,其中458 例患者接受D2 手术,119 例患者接受D3 手术。主要研究终点为5 年总体生存期。

胃癌患者淋巴结转移规律的临床研究(附12633例临床分析)

目的 通过对不同生物学特性的胃癌淋巴结转移情况进行研究分析，探讨胃癌的淋巴结转移规律及其在手术治疗中的指导意义。方法 收集1958 年4 月至2015 年8 月期间在河北医科大学第四医院收治胃部肿瘤患者22849 例，选取其中符合标准的胃癌患者12633 例进行回顾性研究。

基于胃系膜解剖的腹腔镜胃癌根治术

目的 探讨腹腔镜胃外科系膜切除术治疗进展期胃癌治疗中的应用。方法 回顾性分析2015 年1 月至2017 年12 月间于吉林大学中日联谊医院胃肠结直肠肛门外科接受全胃切除术的98 例胃癌患者的临床资料,其中全胃系膜切除组48 例,D2 根治术组50 例,均由同一手术组完成手术,比较两组患者的手术指标和近期疗效指标差异。
