针对邯钢3500 mm轧机生产10~20 mm规格Q345E钢板低温冲击韧性不合格问题,分析了其主要影响因素,指出中心偏析、钢板终轧温度高、待温后变形量不够、晶粒尺寸粗大是该问题的主要原因。在生产中通过改善铸坯质量、保证加热温度均匀、降低终轧温度、加大待温后变形量,改善了Q345E板的低温冲击韧性,大大提高了产品的性能合格率。
Aiming at the problem of low temperature impact toughness of Q345E steel plate of 10-20 mm size produced by Handan Iron and Steel Company 3500 mm rolling mill, the main influencing factors are analyzed. It is pointed out that center segregation and high temperature of steel plate finish rolling result in insufficient deformation and large grain size The main reason for the problem. In the production by improving the quality of slab to ensure uniform heating temperature, reduce the finishing temperature, increase the amount of deformation after temperature, improve the low temperature impact toughness Q345E board, greatly improving the performance of the product pass rate.
