  由加工引起的气动外形偏差客观存在,对飞行器气动外形产生重要影响,导致飞行器气动性能将偏离设计值。高精度加工能够减小外形偏差,提高飞行器实际气动性能,但同时将导致加工成本的增加。如何合理地分配气动外形的加工公差,同时实现气动性能的提高和加工成本的降低,已成为工业界和学术界共同关心的问题。

为了实现特殊艇型潜水器安全航行和高水平的作战能力,需要获取它的诸多水动力系数,预报它的操纵性能。本文以潜水器的斜航运动为例采用模型试验以及FLUENT 数值模拟2 种方法算得数据,对比结果得出结论:FLUENT 数值模拟结果具有较高的应用价值,可以用它们来校验特殊艇型斜航运动试验值的准确率。采用FLUENT 数值模拟可以节省时间降低成本值得广泛的应用与推广。
