  Copper,as an essential trace mineral,could cause diseases such as childhood leukemia at excess levels,but few studies have discussed its molecular regulation roles in hematopoietic development and regeneration in animal models.In current study,we had revealed that copper induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) in zebrafish embryos,and its induced ROS elevated hemoglobin,broken copper homeostasis,and helped copper overloading in the bodies (Zhou et al.,2016).
