目的观察以通气散为主中西医结合综合治疗突发性聋病人的疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的突发性聋病人116例,随机分为两组。治疗组(74例):用中药通气散加减加其他西药综合治疗。对照组(42例):用西药综合治疗。结果治疗组总有效率91.9%,对照组总有效率78.6%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以中药通气散为主中西医结合治疗突发性聋是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of treating patients with sudden deafness by combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. Methods A total of 116 sudden deaf patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group (74 cases): with traditional Chinese medicine ventilation plus plus other Western medicine combined treatment. Control group (42 cases): Western medicine combined treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.9% in the treatment group and 78.6% in the control group. The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of sudden deafness with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effective treatment.
